I too was struck by ...Arrgh you beat me to it Tony. I too was struck by the peculiar presentation of the education 'stats'. I have a suspicion it also reflects on the credentials of immigrants.<br /><br />As to the astigmatism of El Greco. I guess the elongated faces would have appeared even more elongated to the painter.
