Mr John Mills a clever man who receives a final ...<br />Mr John Mills a clever man who receives a final salary income from the states, sits on the harbour and airport shadow board, earning about £25,000 and also on the States review panel for States members payment. <br /><br />These part time appointments are well paid and appear to go to a few of the chosen ones.
