This part of PACE was intended for "emergency situations" such as to ensure that, say, a previously unknown drug dealer who has been observed dealing cannot go back into their house and dispose of evidence before the police can get a "proper" warrant. Same thing for cases of assault with a weapon etc<br /><br />This looks like an example of the very root of the corruption of the way the law is applied in Jersey.Damclesnoreply@blogger.com
