One of my main gripes is overzealous editors who don;t just rephrase but chop out the heart of something written. My Hougue Bie entry was reduced to the barest stub by someone who simply had no knowledge of Jersey history. I rephrased and reinstated the missing details, which are of major significance to understanding the site; something I though encyclopedias were supposed to do. Sections on feminism, or islam, or communism have massive sections, pages and pages, and no one removes anything from them!
