A poem inspired by Charles William's book of the same name...
The Greater Trumps
The dance goes on, and it is all around,
Encompassing all within its bound
And each and every one moves in their way
Within the movement of the world, and may
Not leave the motion of the spheres, the space
In which all life has its appointed place.
The elements dance together, earth and sea,
Wind and fire, and each must be
A part of the whole, the lesser and the more,
The Greater Trumps, the Maker's Law,
That in each instant can it show
The pattern within the Universe just so.
