A poem reflecting on summer days gone by...
On Golden Sands
Along the beach, across the sand
Not here the stranger on the shore
But lovers, walking hand in hand
In touch connect, and so adore
Along the beach, across the sand
Sandcastles, and flags a waving
Then we stop, and there we stand
Kisses quench the lover's craving
Along the beach, across the sand
Seaweed beached, and limpet shell
And how it feels so good, so grand
And eyes reach out in lover's spell
Along the beach, across the sand
This was a heartfelt joy unplanned
